919.07 UNPAID COSTS REPORTED TO COUNCIL.

If the costs enumerated in Section 919.06 are not paid, the Director shall report to Council the cost thereof with respect to each lot or parcel of land, including the cost of investigation, handling of weed complaints and the costs of service and notification.
