905.01 STANDARD CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS.
   All public infrastructure shall be constructed to the specifications indicated on the Standard Construction Drawings of the City. Such drawings shall be approved by the City Engineer and maintained for public inspection by the Director of Public Service. The Director of Public Service shall have the power to make such rules and regulations as may be required to administer and enforce the requirements of the Standard Construction Drawings, including but not limited to, regulations for service drives, curb cuts, side drives and other entrances to private lots from the public right-of-way.

905.02 STREET NAME SIGNS.
   (a)   The Director of Public Service shall choose suitable standards of design, material and colors for street name signs, posts and method of installation. Such standards shall be on file in the Public Service Department.
   (b)   Any person, firm or corporation desiring final acceptance of a street shall, before final acceptance is granted, deposit with the City sufficient monies to cover the entire cost of all labor and materials to install such street name signs. The number of street name signs and location thereof shall be determined by the Director of Public Service and/or cost accounting on file in his office of the labor and material to erect such signs.
