151.11 POLICE CHIEF TO BE HEAD OF CADET CORPS.
   The Chief of Police shall be the commanding officer of the Cadet Corps and shall have control of the assignment, training and direction of work of the Corps. The Cadet Corps shall perform only such police assignments or duties as assigned by the Chief of Police and shall act only when in the prescribed uniform. The Chief of Police shall prescribe the time and place the uniform shall be worn. The Cadet Corps members shall obey the chain of command of the Police Division and shall take orders from all regularly appointed members of the Police Division.

151.12 RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR CADET CORPS.
   The Chief of Police shall prescribe the rules and regulations for the organization, administration, conduct and control of the Police Cadet Corps.

151.13 CADET UNIFORM.
   The Chief of Police shall prescribe the uniform and equipment and its use thereof by the Police Cadet Corps.

151.14 SERVICE OF CADET CORPS TO BE VOLUNTARY.
   All services performed by the Police Cadet Corps shall be on a voluntary basis for the City and under the control, assignment and supervision of the Chief of Police.

151.15 NONLIABILITY OF CITY.
   Sections 151.01 through 151.14 are hereby declared to be adopted as an exercise by the City of its police powers for the protection of public peace, health, property, safety and general welfare, and neither the City nor an agent or representative of the City, an officer appointed under the provisions of those sections, nor any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, nor the receiver or trustees nor any other agent thereof, who in good faith, executes any executive order, rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to the provisions of those sections shall be liable for injury or damage sustained to person or property as the direct or proximate result of such action.
