151.02 TERM OF SERVICE OF POLICE RESERVE.
   Reserve Police Officers shall serve so long as the Chief of Police may direct, or until a resignation submitted by such members is accepted by the Chief.

151.03 QUALIFICATION OF MEMBERS OF POLICE RESERVE.
   The members of the Police Reserve Unit shall be at least twenty-one years of age at the time of their appointment; and shall meet such other requirements as are provided by the rules and regulations authorized under Section 151.05.

151.04 SUPERVISION OF POLICE RESERVE.
   The Chief of Police shall be the commanding officer of the Police Reserve Unit and shall have control of the assignment, training, stationing and the direction of work of such unit. The Police Reserve Unit shall have all police powers, but shall perform only such police duties as assigned by the Chief of Police. Such Reserve Police members shall obey the chain of command of the Division of Police and shall take orders from all regular appointed members thereof.

151.05 RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR POLICE RESERVE.
   The Chief of Police shall prescribe rules and regulations for the organization, administration, conduct and control of the Police Reserve Unit.

151.06 UNIFORM FOR POLICE RESERVE.
   The Chief of Police is hereby authorized to prescribe the type of uniform or part thereof which shall be worn by members of the Police Reserve Unit.

151.07 SERVICES OF POLICE RESERVE TO BE VOLUNTARY.
   All services performed by Reserve police officers shall be on a voluntary basis.

151.08 POLICE CADET CORPS ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby created a Police Cadet Corps within the Police Division. The members of the Police Cadet Corps shall be appointed by the Chief of Police.
