148.01 QUALIFICATIONS FOR REAL ESTATE APPRAISERS.

No officer, elected official or employee of the City shall employ any person, firm, organization or corporation to perform real estate appraisals for the City for any reason unless such appraiser is a member of the American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers, the Society of Real Estate Appraisers or the American Society of Appraisers.
