240.01 MINIMUM EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS ADOPTED.

   The minimum employment standards for law enforcement officers, as established and adopted by the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards in accordance with Act 203 of the Public Acts of 1965, as amended, are hereby adopted.
