§ 10.53 APPLICATION, ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT.
   The application, administration and enforcement of this code shall be in accordance with the MSFC. The code shall be enforced within the extraterritorial limits permitted by M.S. § 299F.011. The Fire Marshal, Fire Chief, Police Chief, or designated representative is authorized to enforce the provisions of the Minnesota State Fire Code and this subchapter.
