ADOPTING ORDINANCES

ORDINANCE NO. 10, FOURTH SERIES

AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF REDWOOD FALLS

WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, has completed the first supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Redwood Falls, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general and permanent nature enacted since the prior supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Redwood Falls;

       NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD FALLS:

      SECTION 1. That the First Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Redwood Falls, as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, which includes Ordinance No. 1 – “Adopting a Revision and Codification of all Ordinances”, Ordinance No. 2 – “Amending Sign Ordinance”, Ordinance No. 3 – “Granting a Residential Solid Waste Franchise to Waste Management”, Ordinance No. 4 – “Authorizing Criminal Background Checks for Volunteers”, Ordinance No. 5 – “Amending Zoning Ordinance (1101 S. Drew Street)”, Ordinance No. 6 – “Amending Chapter 3.04, Subd. 5 – Right of Entry”, Ordinance No. 7 – “Extending the Corporate Limits of the City (Annexation of BJ and Sheila Tersteeg)”, Ordinance No. 8 – “Adopting Future Amendments to Statutes and Rules by Referencing in City Code”, and Ordinance No. 9 – “Amending Chapter 5: Alcoholic Beverages Licensing and Regulation”, be and the same is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety; and

      SECTION 2. Such supplement shall be deemed published as of the day of its adoption and approval by the Legislative Authority and the Clerk of the City of Redwood Falls is hereby authorized and ordered to insert such supplement into the copy of the Code of Ordinances kept on file in the Office of the Clerk.

      PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Redwood Falls, Minnesota this 21st day of September, 2010.
