§ 10.32 ABANDONING A MOTOR VEHICLE.
   It is unlawful for any person to abandon a motor vehicle on any public or private property without the consent of the person in control of such property. For the purpose of this section, an "abandoned motor vehicle" is as defined in M.S. Ch. 169, as amended from time to time.
