§ 10.22 DUTIES OF CITY OFFICERS.
   City officials may apply and enforce any provision of this chapter relating to public nuisances within this jurisdiction. Any peace officer or other designated city official shall have the power to inspect private premises and take all reasonable precautions to prevent the commission and maintenance of public nuisances.
