ORDINANCE NO. 45, FOURTH SERIES

AN ORDINANCE ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF REDWOOD FALLS

   WHEREAS, American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, has completed the Fifth Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Redwood Falls, which supplement contains all ordinances of a general and permanent nature enacted since the prior supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Redwood Falls;

   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE LEGISLATIVE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD FALLS:

SECTION 1. That the Fifth Supplement to the Code of Ordinances of the City of Redwood Falls, as submitted by American Legal Publishing Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio, which includes Ordinances:

35   DELETING REDWOOD FALLS CODE OF ORDINANCES § 6.26 PERTAINING TO DANCE LICENSING;

36   AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE;

37   ENACTING AND ADOPTING A SUPPLEMENT TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR THE CITY OF REDWOOD FALLS;

38   AMENDING REDWOOD FALLS CODE OF ORDINANCES § 5.02 PERTAINING TO APPLICATION AND INVESTIGATION FEES, § 5.82 PERTAINING TO OFF-SALE LIQUOR LICENSES AND § 6.30 PERTAINING TO PROFESSIONAL THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE;

39   DELETING REDWOOD FALLS CODE OF ORDINANCES § 6.20 PERTAINING TO GAMES OF SKILL AND § 6.21 PERTAINING TO BILLIARDS AND POOL;

40   AMENDING REDWOOD FALLS CODE OF ORDINANCES § 2.08 PERTAINING TO FACSIMILE SIGNATURES, § 2.09 PERTAINING TO DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS AND ALLOWANCE OF ACCOUNTS, § 2.11 PERTAINING TO FINANCE DIRECTOR, § 2.12 PERTAINING TO DEPUTY CLERK, § 2.36 PERTAINING TO DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE AND § 2.54 PERTAINING TO PARK AND RECREATION COMMISSION;

41   GRANTING A FRANCHISE TO WEST CENTRAL SANITATION TO COLLECT AND HAUL RESIDENTIAL MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE GENERATED BY RESIDENTIAL AND MULTI-RESIDENTIAL UNITS LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF REDWOOD FALLS;

42   ADOPTING AND AMENDING ORDINANCES REGULATING RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, MOTORIZED GOLF CARTS AND MINI-TRUCKS;

43   ORDINANCE ADDING THE DEFINITION OF "SPECIALTY VEHICLES";

44   ADOPTION OF A UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE REPLACING THE ENTIRETY OF CHAPTER 11 AND CHAPTER 12 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES;

and all other amendments, be and the same is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in its entirety; and

SECTION 2. Such supplement shall be deemed published as of the day of its adoption and approval by the Legislative Authority and the Clerk of the City of Redwood Falls is hereby authorized and ordered to insert such supplement into the copy of the Code of Ordinances kept on file in the Office of the Clerk.

   PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Redwood Falls, Minnesota this 2nd day of January, 2015.
