Subd. 1. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter or in Chapters 7 and 9 of this Code, the regulatory and procedural provisions of M.S. Chapter 169, commonly referred to as the Highway Traffic Regulation Act, as amended from time to time, is hereby incorporated herein and adopted by reference, including the penalty provisions thereof.
Subd. 2. Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, or in Chapters 7 and 9 of this Code, M.S. §§ 171.01, 171.02, 171.03, 171.08, 171.22, 171.23 and 171.24 and including the laws supplementary thereto, as amended from time to time, are hereby incorporated herein and adopted by reference, including the penalty provisions thereof.
