Except as hereinafter provided, no sale of liquor to be consumed on the premise shall be made between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on the days of Monday through Saturday, nor between 1:00 a.m. Sunday to 8:00 a.m. Monday unless a Sunday liquor license has been issued. A restaurant, club, or hotel with a seating capacity for at least 30 persons and which holds a Sunday liquor license may sell intoxicating liquor or wine, as their alcoholic beverage license otherwise permits, for consumption on the premises in conjunction with the sale of food between the hours of 11:00 a.m. on Sundays and 1:00 a.m. on Mondays. No off-sale shall be made on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day, December 25, nor before 8:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m. on Monday through Saturday.
