A. Except as provided in section 5.92.030 of this chapter, the litter abatement fee established by this chapter shall be paid by all businesses (the subject businesses) which sell food and/or drink for consumption off the premises of the business.
B. The litter abatement fee shall be in the amount of twenty five dollars ($25.00) for each subject business.
C. As used in this chapter, "food and drink" includes both food and drink prepared on the premises and prepackaged food and drink. (Ord. 2168 § 1, 1991)
