5.92.030: EXCEPTIONS:
   A.   All businesses exempted from the business license fee under chapter 5.04 of this title shall be exempt from the litter abatement fee.
   B.   Any business not selling food or drink to its patrons shall be exempt from the litter abatement fee. (Ord. 2168 § 1, 1991)
