5.12.040: EXEMPTIONS:
The provisions of sections 5.12.020 and 5.12.030 of this chapter shall not be applicable to:
   A.   Audible alarm affixed to automobiles, unless the vehicle alarm is connected to a central monitoring system;
   B.   Subscribers and alarm users of alarm systems whose sole function is the detecting of fire. (Ord. 2457 § 1, 2000)
