5.08.090: COMMISSION MERCHANT; RATE:
Every person, firm or corporation conducting, managing or carrying on the business of a commission merchant shall pay a license fee based on the gross business of the past year, according to the schedule set forth in section 5.08.100 of this chapter. (Prior code § 2229)
