2.72.030: MEMBERS; FORFEITURE OF OFFICE BY ABSENCE:
Any committee member who is absent from any three (3) consecutive meetings of the committee, unless excused from such attendance by consent of the committee expressed by action of record in its minutes, shall automatically forfeit his or her office as a member of the committee. The vacancy so created shall be filled pursuant to section 2.72.020 of this chapter. (Ord. 2916, 2020)
