5.08.040: FERTILIZER:
For every person, firm, or corporation conducting, managing, or carrying on the business of selling, soliciting for the sale of, or delivering fertilizer of any kind within the city, the license fee shall be based on the gross business of the previous twelve (12) months specified under section 5.08.020 of this chapter. (Prior code § 2222.1)
