18.224.010: PURPOSE:

The purpose of the transportation control measures is to implement the 1991 air quality management plan and the 1992 attainment plan for carbon monoxide. The requirements, as provided in this chapter, are established to achieve the trip reduction targets as established by the air resources board and environmental protection agency.
