The following uses may be permitted in the M-1 zone subject to approval of a conditional use permit:
Animal and pet hospitals, kennels and animal pounds.
Automobile wash, mechanical or self-service.
Building materials storage yards.
Business, technical, trade or professional schools.
Commercial recreation such as bowling lanes and skating rinks.
Contractors' storage yards.
Equipment rentals.
Feed and fuel yards.
Motels.
Outdoor vehicle storage and holding lot, with no dismantling or wrecking permitted.
Restaurants.
Warehouses and logistics distribution centers, in accordance with chapter 18.156 of this title. (Ord. 2955, 2023: Ord. 1000 § 28.10(C), 1955)
