18.60.020: USES GENERALLY:
In the R-3 District, no building, structure or land shall be used, and no building or structure shall be hereafter erected, structurally altered or enlarged, except for the purposes set out in sections 18.60.030 through 18.60.050 of this chapter. (Ord. 1000 § 20.10, 1955)
