18.60.030: PERMITTED USES:
Principal permitted uses in the R-3 District include:
Apartment dwellings, either in one structure or a group of structures. Each structure shall contain three (3) or more dwelling units.
One single-family dwelling on each lot.
Two-family dwellings, either in one structure or in two (2) detached structures. (Ord. 2522 § 1, 2003: Ord. 1000 § 20.10(A), 1955)
