"Private residential recreation court" shall mean a privately-owned, non-commercial recreation facility, with or without lighting, located upon a single-family residential zoned property, built for the purpose of and upon which any form of recreation or athletic activity is carried on or conducted, including but not limited to, basketball, racquetball, tennis, and volleyball.
