18.08.320: HOSPITAL:

"Hospital" means any building or portion thereof used for the accommodation and medical care of sick, injured or infirm persons, and includes sanitariums, rest homes, homes for the aged, alcoholic sanitariums and institutions for the cure of chronic drug addicts and mental patients. (Ord. 1000 § 6.20, 1955)
