18.08.240: FAMILY:

"Family" means an individual, or two (2) or more persons related by blood, marriage or adoption, or a group of not more than five (5) persons, excluding servants, who are not so related, living together as a single housekeeping unit in a dwelling unit. (Ord. 1000 § 6.20, 1955)
