15.40.070: PLANNING COMMISSION REVIEW AND APPROVAL:
No permit shall be issued for the moving of any building or structure onto a lot in the city from another location in the city or from a location outside the city without the review and approval of the planning commission as specified in chapter 18.180 of this code. (Ord. 2029 § 1, 1988)
