15.40.010: PERMIT; REQUIRED TO MOVE BUILDINGS:
It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to move any building or structure over the public streets or alleys of the city without first obtaining a permit from the department of building and safety. (Ord. 2029 § 1, 1988)
