§ 1490.04 DRAWINGS; PLANS; PERMIT ISSUANCE.
   (A)   All drawings and plans for the construction, installation, enlargement or alteration of a swimming pool and appurtenances thereto for which a permit is required shall first be presented to the City Engineer/ Building Commissioner or his or her authorized representative for examination and approval as to proper location, construction and use, and thereafter shall be presented to the Plumbing Inspector for examination and approval with regard to the provisions of this chapter and the regulations of the Board of Health and/or the state. After such drawings and plans have been examined and passed upon, the same shall be returned to the Engineer/Commissioner or representative where they shall be taken up for final examination and approval by him or her.
   (B)   All plans and drawings shall show distances and dimensions, lot lines, information pertaining to the pool, walk and fence construction, water supply system, drainage and water disposal systems and all appurtenances pertaining to the swimming pool.
   (C)   No person shall construct, enlarge, alter or use a swimming pool and appurtenances thereto until plans have been examined and approved by the Engineer/Commissioner or representative and the Plumbing Inspector and the necessary permits have been issued as required in this chapter.
