No portion of a swimming pool shall be located less than five feet from a side or rear property line or building line and shall not be permitted in any area between the street on which the structure fronts and the rear line of the structure extended to each side. However, a public swimming or display pool may be constructed on a vacant lot in a Business or Industrial District provided that the front line of the pool is at least 50 feet from the street line on which the lot fronts. Pumps, filters and pool water disinfection equipment installations shall be located not less than five feet from a side property line.
