§ 1472.13 DESIGNATION OF THE FLOOD DAMAGE PREVENTION ADMINISTRATOR.

The Safety-Service Director is hereby appointed to administer and implement this chapter by granting or denying a development permit application in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
