§ 1446.01 ESTABLISHMENT; CERTIFICATION.

(A) There is hereby established a Board of Building Appeals, as provided by Ohio R.C. 3781.19 and 3781.20, in order to maintain local control over local rulings.

(B) Certification of the Board shall be as provided by statute.
