(A) The city requires that any person performing work for the owner of a building for which a permit is required under the provisions of the Ohio Basic Building Code shall obtain the required permit(s).
(B) Application shall be made by the owner, authorized agent, architect, engineer or contractor employed by the owner in connection with the proposed work.
