Change BOCA Section PM-201.0 Applied Meaning of Words and Terms as follows:
(A) Amend the following definitions of
DWELLINGS to read as follows:
(1)
ONE-FAMILY DWELLING. A building containing one dwelling unit occupied by no more than one family and salaried employees who regularly work on the premises in domestic service occupations.
(2)
TWO-FAMILY DWELLING. A building containing two dwelling units each of which is occupied by no more than one family and salaried employees who regularly work on the premises in domestic service occupations.
(3)
BOARDING HOUSE, LODGING HOUSE and TOURIST HOME. A building arranged or used for the lodging, with or without meals, for compensation, by not more than 20 individuals.
