§ 1426.07 NUISANCES; HAZARDS; UNSANITARY CONDITIONS.
   The exterior of premises and all structures thereon shall be kept free of nuisances, hazards to the safety of occupants, pedestrians and other persons utilizing the premises, and unsanitary conditions. Any of such conditions shall be promptly removed and abated by the owner or operator. The owner or operator shall keep the premises free of hazards, including, but not limited to, refuse, natural growth and/or overhangings.
