In the event of a conflict between a provision of the National Electrical Code, as adopted in § 1424.01, and a provision of any other technical code adopted by the city, the stricter standard shall prevail. In the event of a conflict between a provision of such code and state law, including the Ohio Basic Building Code and the Ohio Fire Code, the state law shall prevail. In the event of a conflict between a provision of such code and a city ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, the city ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation shall prevail.
