§ 1290.02 SIGNS BY TYPE.

   (A)   Signs shall be classified by the following types:

      (1)   Billboard sign;

      (2)   Bulletin board sign;

      (3)   Business sign;

      (4)   Changeable copy sign;

      (5)   Development sign;

      (6)   Directional sign;

      (7)   Identification sign;

      (8)   Information sign;

      (9)   Nameplate sign;

      (10)   Political sign;

      (11)   Real estate sign; and

      (12)   Temporary sign.

   (B)   Signs shall be classified by the following structural type:

      (1)   Awning sign;

      (2)   Banner sign;

      (3)   Canopy sign;

      (4)   Ground sign;

      (5)   Portable sign;

      (6)   Pole sign;

      (7)   Projecting sign;

      (8)   Roof sign;

      (9)   Wall sign;

      (10)   Window sign; and

      (11)   Sandwich board signs.
