A parking plan shall be required for all uses except single family detached dwellings and two family dwellings. The parking plan shall be submitted to the Zoning Administrator as part of the application for the zoning certificate. The plan shall show the boundaries of the property, parking spaces, access driveways, circulation patterns, drainage and construction plans, lighting plan, boundary walls, fences and a landscaping and screening plan, as appropriate.
