§ 1256.04 CONDITIONALLY PERMITTED USES.

The following uses shall be permitted only after approval by the Board of Zoning Appeals pursuant to the conditional use permit process as established in Chapter 1244.

(A) Bed and breakfast establishment.

(B) Club.

(D) Assisted elderly housing.

(E) Nursing home.

(F) Non-commercial recreation.

(G) Public and institutional uses.

(H) Secondary dwellings; pursuant to § 1282.13.
