§ 1233.04 TAX INCENTIVE REVIEW COUNCIL.

A Tax Incentive Review Council is established pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5709.85. City Council shall appoint two representatives to the Review Council within 60 days after the State Development Director certifies the zone.
