At least one copy of the “Engineering Rules and Regulations for Private Developments Within the Unincorporated Areas of Hamilton County,” as adopted in § 1222.01, is on file with the City Clerk for inspection by the public. At least one copy is also on file in the County Law Library. In addition, the Clerk has copies available for distribution to the public, at cost.
