§ 1072.01 ADOPTION BY REFERENCE.

The emission permit fees, as attached to Ordinance No. 92-76, passed 5-19-92, for the Southwestern Ohio Air Pollution Control Agency (SWOAPCA) are hereby established and adopted by reference, effective on June 1, 1992.
