(A) All items to be disposed of shall be placed at the curbside. Recyclable materials including newspapers, glass, aluminum containers, bi-metal containers, plastic milk jugs, and plastic two-liter bottles, and such other materials determined by the Safety-Service Director will be placed on the curbside in specially designated bins and other containers as designated by the Safety-Service Director. All items placed at the curbside shall be collected by the city or its authorized agent. No person other than the city or its authorized agent shall remove any items placed at the curbside for collection without the consent of the Safety-Service Director.
(B) Whoever violates this section is guilty of removing recyclable materials, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
