§ 1042.05 STORM SEWER CONNECTION PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall make any connection into the storm sewerage system without first submitting plans and an application therefor, in the form prescribed by the Building Inspector, and obtaining a permit therefor.
   (B)   Upon approval of the plans by the Building Inspector, a permit shall be issued.
   (C)   If the plans are rejected, the applicant shall be notified in writing of the rejection and the reason therefor, and may submit revised plans.
   (D)   The cost of the application and permit shall be $25.
   (E)   Plans will be accepted at the discretion of the Building Inspector, provided that they meet prevailing construction standards and are suitable to the area and use involved.
