(A) The City Council finds it necessary and in the best interest of the city to authorize the Safety/Service Director to charge residents for tree stump removal located in the right-of-way.
(B) The city will contract with an independent contractor to grind out tree stumps in the right-of-way.
(C) Residents will be charged $40 per tree stump should they elect to use this service.
