§ 1020.02 BARRICADES AND WARNING LIGHTS.
   (A)   The Safety-Service Director, through the cooperation of the Police Department, shall place or cause to be placed noticeable barricades or warning lights, or both, at or near a street or section thereof in the process of repair or reconstruction to inform and warn all persons that access to such street is prohibited to persons and vehicles.
   (B)   Travel on foot and lawful assembly along and on sidewalks and tree lawns, and the extensions thereof, and across intersecting streets are not prohibited by such barricades and warning lights, but warning of the condition of such streets (across intersections) shall be afforded by the presence thereof.
