The trailer park shall provide supervision and equipment sufficient to prevent littering of the ground with rubbish and debris. Flytight metal depositories with tightly fitting covers shall be conspicuously located and provided for each unit and, in addition, one large depository shall be provided for holding garbage or waste until garbage or waste collection days.
