Separate bathing facilities for each sex shall be provided 200 feet from the most remote trailer coach. Each section shall contain one shower for each eight units or fraction thereof at least three square feet with a dressing compartment of 12 square feet. Laundry facilities shall be provided in the ratio one double tray and ironing board for each 20 trailer coaches. When ironing boards are provided, they shall be located in a separate space from the laundry trays. The construction of the shower and laundry buildings shall be the same or similar to the construction of the toilet rooms.
