A sufficient supply of pure, healthful drinking water, approved by the Board of Health of the city, not more than 200 feet from any trailer coach, shall be provided in convenient locations. No common drinking vessel shall be provided. Waste from this supply shall be emptied into a drain connected to an approved disposal system. An abundant supply of hot water shall be provided at all times for bathing, washing and laundry facilities. There shall be no drinking water facilities in toilets.
