(A) Any taxicab, shuttle, limousine, or courtesy being operated in violation of any provision of this chapter may be impounded by the Police Department. Any person desiring to redeem such impounded courtesy vehicle, limousine, shuttle or taxicab, shall pay the cost of towing plus the cost per day for the time such vehicle was stored.
(B) Towing and storage charges are subject to annual review. Current charges are on file in the office of the Safety-Service Director or his designee.
